GIANT

Originally formed in the late 1980s by brothers Dann and David Huff, alongside keyboardist Alan Pasqua and bassist Mike Brignardello, Giant quickly became one of the most respected bands in the melodic hard rock scene. Their debut album “Last Of The Runaways” (A&M Records, 1989), followed by “Time To Burn” (Epic, 1991), helped define the genre and continues to be regarded as a major influence. After disbanding in the early 1990s, the members pursued different projects, with Dann and David Huff establishing themselves as highly respected producers.

In 2001, Frontiers brought Giant back with the release of “III”, a landmark album for the new-era melodic rock scene, particularly in Europe. Although a full reunion could not be sustained at the time, original members David Huff and Mike Brignardello, with Dann Huff’s blessing, later rebuilt the band with vocalist Terry Brock and guitarist John Roth, releasing the fan favourite “Promise Land”. A one-off reunion of the original members in 2017 reignited interest, eventually leading to renewed collaboration with Frontiers and the release of “Shifting Time” (2022), followed by the latest studio album “Stand And Deliver” (2025), with Kent Hilli (Perfect Plan) on vocals.

At the Frontiers Rock Festival 2026, Giant will reunite the original lineup, featuring Dann Huff (lead guitar), David Huff (drums), and Mike Brignardello (bass), joined by U.S. singer Bryan Cole, with Mark Oakley on guitar and Larry Hall on keyboards. For this special appearance, the band will perform many of their most legendary songs, primarily drawn from the first two albums that defined their sound and legacy.
